  • It is important that you fill out the intake form and bring it to your first appointment. It helps us best determine how to proceed with your session.
  • If you arrive early for your appointment, you may find the front door locked. We have found this to be a necessary step to protect patient privacy and prevent interruptions. Rest assured, we are open and will unlock the door for you at your appointment time.
  • Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, however, we understand that conflicts with appointments will arise. In the event of a conflict, we ask that you either give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can work with you to reschedule or send an alternate in your place. If you miss your appointment without notifying us at all, you will still be responsible for the full appointment fee.
