Mary Helen is a 2008 graduate of the Athletic Training program at Bridgewater College and a Staunton native. She continued her education at the Virginia School of Massage and graduated in 2008. She completed the NCBTMB National Certificate in 2009. In 2012, due to an increasing hand numbness, she trained in ashiatsu oriental bar therapy. Most recently, she continued her education by becoming a certified araomatherapist in the spring of 2017.
Anna joined Health Impact in February of 2013. She is a Staunton native and a 2011 graduate from Mary Baldwin College with a BS in Psychology. After graduating from the Virginia School of Massage in 2012, she achieved National Certification in August of the same year. In 2013, she achieved certification in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. More recently, she is training to do manual lymph drainage.
